What text messages we send

San Diego Window Repairs sends transactional text messages only — messages about a window repair or glass replacement appointment you have already requested. These cover:

Confirmation that your service request or estimate request was received
Your scheduled appointment date and arrival window
Technician dispatch and on-my-way notifications
Follow-up on an open repair, such as parts arrival or rescheduling

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We do not send unsolicited messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for any purpose.

How you opt in

You opt in on our request-a-quote form, on the phone with our office, or by texting START to (619) 927-0759. Text messages are always optional — requesting a quote does not require agreeing to receive texts.
